I was lucky enough to call Marion Haro My friend, and what a wonderful friend she was. She was a loving, caring And very giving person. While I did not know her for a long time, from the moment we met we instantly clicked and Were good buddies. We had plans of travel together which unfortunately will never happen, and recent world circumstances kept us apart during the last few months of her life. I will always regret that I didn’t get to spend more time with her. We shared a love of animals (Especially strays) and a love For her terminally ill nephew, Tony. During that very dark time Marion was there for us like no one else was. She would drive The hours drive to my house, cook us homemade cobblers, Help me feed and care for Tony and occasionally kick me out of the house for a much needed hour of escape. I would usually return to a clean house even though I would beg her not to work so hard when she was here. She was here with me when he took his last breath. I am forever grateful to her for that. She was stubborn, determined, and strong-willed. I loved that about her!
She made me laugh and I loved Talking with her about anything and everything. She was a big hearted kind person and I will always miss her.
