Terrance “Terry” Jerome Stacks, "Little Duke", was born on March 5, 1971 in Flint, Michigan. The youngest child of the late Benjamin Harrison & Amy Jo Stacks. He departed this life on January 21, 2020 at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.
At a young age, Terry was baptized at New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church of Flint, Michigan where he was a member until his departure from the city. Terry received his education from Beecher Public Schools of Mt. Morris, Michigan. In his earlier life he became a rapper and recorded one album “The Mix Crew Black Leather”, he loved music! He was huge sports fan and a die-hard Detroit Lions and Pistons fan. He loved to cook and socialize with family and friends. He was an employee of Hilton Hotels of Pensacola, Florida where he worked as a cook.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Harrison Jerome "Bear" Stacks of Phoenix, AZ; Sharita Michelle Stacks of Flint, MI; DaJuahn & Tamra Stacks of Springfield, IL; ShyKiera Johnson of Pensacola; Xzaviar Dre’Von Stacks of Milton; one "special son" Jaylin Shaun Alexzander Kirtley of Milton; and his grandchildren: Harrison Jerome Stacks Jr, DeAndre Newell Jr, Zephaniah Stacks, Levi Stacks, DaJuahn Stacks Jr, Kaydence Johnson and Jamir Johnson. He is also survived by his “big brothers”: Alexander (Toni) Oliver of Grand Blanc, MI, Benjamin Harrison Stacks of Milton, and Anthony (Vanessa) Stacks of Oak Park, IL. He will be missed by a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Terry was preceded in death by his beloved parents Benjamin "Duke" Harrison and Amy Jo Stacks.
