Obituary

On Friday, November 22, 2019, William “Bill” Smith, loving father of four children, passed away at age 52.
William was born on June 28, 1967 in Pensacola, FL to Frances Smith. For many years Bill owned and operated a drywall business. During the recession, when business started slowing down, Bill went to school and earned an EMT certificate. He raised two sons, Alex and Jordan, and two daughters, Chelsea and Emily.
Bill had a passion for football. He loved to cheer on his Auburn Tigers or his New Orleans Saints. War Eagle! He showed his support for his teams with a large collection of sports memorabilia. He also loved to camp and fish. He was known for telling it like it is, standing up for his beliefs, and his love for his children.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother, and is survived by his four children: Alex, Chelsea, Emily and Jordan; his four grandchildren; his sister; and his brothers.
A service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton at 11 o’clock a.m.
