Donald Edward McCauley, 62, of Milton, FL fell asleep in death surrounded by his family. Don was born in Williamstown, KY on August 24, 1956 to Charles and Bessie McCauley. He was the second of seven children.
Donald graduated from Tate High School with honors in FFA. He volunteered to further the needs of agriculture. He graduated from ITT school in Baton Rouge, LA and worked for the Local Pipe Fitters Union 198. Don retired with the union and his priority was to take care of his parents. He enjoyed attending meetings at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Milton with his mother. Don’s hobbies included traveling, sight-seeing and dancing. He loved sitting and watching western movies with his dad and going to the thrift stores with his mother.
Donald is survived by: his parents, Charles C. McCauley and Bessie J. McCauley; brother, Billy G. McCauley and wife Diane Holobaugh McCauley, of Baton Rouge, LA; sister, H. Teresa West and husband Roy H. West, of Anchorage, AK; brother, David Allen McCauley and wife Beverly Hayes McCauley of Pace, FL; brother, Charles McCauley and wife Victoria McCauley, of Baxton, TX; sister, Tonya Blades of Bozeman, MT; sister, Lacey Goulet of Abilene, TX; and many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins from KY, LA, FL, AK, and TX.
