Dennis S. Trahan, is the owner, Vice President, a licensed funeral director and embalmer at Trahan Family Funeral Home. He is married to Dianna Henderson Trahan.

He  received his Associate of Science Mortuary degree at Bishop State Community College in Mobile, Alabama.  He has been in the funeral business for forty-one years.

Dennis is a member of the East Brent Baptist Church, the Waterfront Improvement Society, The Moose Lodge,  and the Krewe of Lafitte in Pensacola, Florida.

William "B.J." Trahan is the oldest son to Dennis and Dianna Trahan. B.J. is married to Jennifer Lastinger Trahan  and has two children.

B.J.  is an owner,  licensed funeral director and embalmer and CFO of Trahan Family Funeral Home. He graduated from Pensacola High School in 1996,  received an Associate Art Degree from PJC, received his Associate of Science Mortuary degree at Bishop State Community College in Mobile, Alabama and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting at University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida.

He is a member of East Brent Baptist Church, The Moose Lodge  and  Krewe of Lafitte.

Richard A. Trahan is the youngest son  to Dennis and Dianna Trahan. He is married to Pamela Antoine Trahan and they have three children.

He is an owner, the Operations Manager, Licensed Funeral Director, and Vice President of Trahan Family Funeral Home.

He graduated from Pensacola High School in 2000. He graduated from Bishop State Community College in 2012 with a degree in Mortuary Science.

He is a member of the Krewe of Lafitte, the Moose Lodge, the Waterfront Improvement Society, Masonic Lodge 42, and he is in the Directors Staff at the Hadji Shrine Temple.

He and his family are members of Marcus Pointe Baptist Church.

Jennifer Lastinger Trahan is married to William "B.J." Trahan. She is a licensed funeral director and the crematory manager. Jennifer has an Associate of Science Mortuary Degree from Bishop State Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of West Florida. Jennifer works with the funeral home full time.

Donnie H. Sowell, is  a full time Licensed Funeral Director with Trahan Family Funeral Home.

Donnie is a native of Walton County, FL.  He graduated from Crestview High School in 1957. He became affiliated with Wolfe-Lewis Funeral Home in Milton as a Funeral Service Apprentice. He graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1961 at which time he received its Restorative Art Award.

He served in the United States Army from 1961-1963. After military service he returned to employment with Wolfe-Lewis and became partner in Lewis-Sowell Funeral Home, but sold that interest in 1983.  In May of 1996 he founded Donnie Sowell Funeral Home, which he later sold to Service Corporation, and became a management consultant,  continuing in that capacity until February 2006.

Donnie's church, civic and community service is legendary. He was also a charter member of Hadji Shrine Temple, held all offices in the Milton Junior Chamber of Commerce, and as a past president of Progressive Milton Association was responsible for obtaining the present Christmas lights and decorations for the City of Milton as well as organizing First Night Christmas Parade.

Donnie was an active participant in Eye Enunciation and Donor Program of the University of Florida School of Medicine and is a charter member and past chairman of Avalon Beach-Mulat Fire District. He was chairman of the committee which brought the first set of Jaws of Life rescue to Santa Rosa County and is a former commanding officer of the Milton Unit, Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary.

He is currently a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Milton, Fl.
