Mary was a member of Pace Assembly of God Church for the past 38 years. Prior to her illness, Mary was a Volunteer Greeter and active in many Women’s Ministries. Mary enjoyed visiting the shut-ins at several local nursing homes. Mary’s first love was for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, her husband, her children, and family. Mary lived a life of obedience and holiness.

She leaves behind: the love of her life and husband of 66 years, Clarence L. Brown; her three children, Marilyn R. Perry (Bill) of Pensacola, Janet E. Whitt (David) of Pace, and C. Steve Brown of Pensacola. Mary and Clarence were blessed with eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Wayne R. Garrett, Sr. (Sylvia) of DeFuniak Springs, FL; one sister, Hilda E. Milam of Pace; and many beloved friends and family.
